Shell scheme package cost (per 12 sq.m.) includes

• Carpet

• Furniture - 1 x counter, 4 x chairs
• Electrics - 3 x spotlights, 1 x 13amp/230v power point

Space Only/Raw Space (min 24 sq.m.)
Early Bird Rate - book before 30 November 2009 @ US$355 per sq.m.
After 1 December 2009 @ US$ 395 per sq.m.

Included in all rates:

• Stand cleaning
• Supplies of promotional material
• Exhibitor service manual
• Entry in show guide
• General security

Not included:
Insurance of exhibits
Shipping and transportation of goods to venue
Mechanical/heavy lifting

Payment Terms:

• Exhibitors are required to pay 25% of the full space costs within 14 days of receiving the organisers space contract.
• 2nd instalment:  The second 25% of space costs are payable by 1 February 2010
• Final instalment:  The final 50% of space costs are payable by 1 August 2010.
