Singapore's National Water Agency Singapore's National Water Agency plans, manages and safeguards Singapore's water resources. PUB manages the entire water loop and is responsible for the collection, production, distribution and reclamation of water in Singapore. For used water, PUB manages and maintains a comprehensive sewerage reticulation system, comprising some 3,400km of public sewers, to collect every drop of used water.

The Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society (Singapore) The Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society (Singapore) TUCSS, was established in 1998.  At present, it has some 200 individual members and more than 30 corporation members. TUCSS is affiliated to the International Tunnelling Association (ITA), and has close links with other tunnelling and geo-engineering societies of countries around the world.

The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) is a registered charity that strives to promote and progress civil engineering. It believes that civil engineers are "at the heart of society, delivering sustainable development through knowledge, skills and professional expertise."

ICE is a qualifying body, a centre for the exchange of specialist knowledge, and a provider of resources to encourage innovation and excellence in the profession worldwide.

The ICE was founded in 1818 by a small group of idealistic young men. It was granted a royal charter in 1828 where it declared that its aim was to "foster and promote the art and science of civil engineering". That is still its aim today. Now the number of members has grown, and the ICE represents nearly 80,000 members worldwide. situated in some 164 countries.

The Malaysian Water Association (MWA) The Malaysian Water Association (MWA) brings together practitioners in the water service industries value chain. Its membership consists of individuals and organizations.The strength of the association is derived from the mix of members coming from water supply and sewerage utilities, manufacturers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, regulators and academics.

MWA collaborates efforts towards bringing about enhancement of the knowledge and skill of its members and promotes awareness of water issues among the public. Alongside this, public interest and environmental concern are promoted. MWA put forward views of the members to the authorities and makes representation on strategic issues. It is committed towards promoting sustainable management of the water services.

Internationally, MWA maintains linkages with related organizations abroad to establish networking for realizing the common goals.
