Shipping Instructions
DJG Exhibition Freight Services Limited has been appointed by the organisers as the official freight forwarder and sole on-site handling contractor. They have total responsibility for the movement of all exhibits within the exhibition venue.

Through their agents worldwide, DJG Exhibition Freight Services Limited will co-ordinate the movement of exhibits from their various points of origin through to Singapore port or airport. Full details will be forwarded to each exhibitor individually, advising the name of the agent in the particular country from which the consignments are shipped.

Arrival Deadlines
Your cargo must arrive discharged from vessel or aircraft in Singapore within the following dates:

Sea freight:          arrival at Singapore port 25th - 29th October 2010
Air freight:            arrival at Singapore airport 29th October - 1st November 2010

Failure to comply with these dates may result in additional charges being incurred over and above the general handling tariff.

 

Documentation
Full details of the documentation requirements for Singapore and consignee details will be circulated to all exhibitors by DJG Exhibition Freight Services Limited.

Exhibitors who are in doubt as to whether the export of their goods to Singapore is restricted should contact the relevant Government or Trade Office of the country of origin. Additionally any goods of a hazardous nature should be separately listed on invoice forms and full particulars supplied to DJG Exhibition Freight Services Limited. They will check with the Singapore authorities to confirm these items can be imported.

Singapore import tax (GST) will be liable on all items not re-exported again at the close of the exhibition and will be invoiced at the prevailing rate.
